What it does
Filtering, and nothing else
No scoring, no ranking, no AI. It works from what is already on the page — post age, connection degree, an ad label, and the post text you watch for.
Hide old posts
Hides anything past a reply window you choose, or past each platform's own window by default — the week-old resurfaced posts LinkedIn likes to show.
Treat posts with no date as old
The strict half. Promoted and resurfaced cards often carry no timestamp; without this they slip through.
Show only people in my network
LinkedIn's connection degree. Choose 1st and 2nd, or 1st only / 2nd only for a stricter cut.
Hide promoted posts
LinkedIn's Promoted label, and X's Ad / Promoted label (best-effort — X changes its markup more often).
Never show a person or a word
A hide list for names (matched whole-word, so muting "Raj" never hides "Rajesh") and for words or phrases.
Filtered, not gone
Filtered posts are collapsed with a "show anyway" strip by default, and the label says why — for example, "Filtered — old (3d)".

Does FeedFilter send my data anywhere?

Which sites does it filter?
