By accessing and using Surfolks ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
Surfolks helps you build relationships with the right people. You add people from LinkedIn or X to your watchlist, describe your ideal customer profile (ICP), and Surfolks surfaces a daily queue of who to engage with, what conversations matter, and which relationships to continue — so you can focus on the people who matter to your business.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.
Our Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Surfolks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Integrations
Our Service integrates with LinkedIn and X. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions, and we only access the public activity of the people you add to your watchlist.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
Subscription and Billing
Plans
Surfolks offers paid plans (Pro and Power) billed monthly. Early access includes founding-user pricing locked in for early users. Custom plans are available for teams that need more.
Refunds
Refund policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Generally, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Service does not meet your needs.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surfolks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surfolks from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
